Exceptional Wages*
At entry level we offer:
• Starting pay range $8 - $11 per hour
• Potential to earn $14 per hour within 2 years
For supervisors and those who take on additional responsibilities we offer:
• Starting pay range $10 - $13 per hour
• Potential to earn $16.50 per hour within two years
We offer 3 pay reviews in the first year of employment, the first one at 3 months
Bonuses*
Performance bonus programs offering up to $1000– $2,500 or more per year depending on position

Store Managers
Down to Earth Natural Foods, Hawaii’s leading natural foods retailer (a vegetarian chain), is expanding. We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our company management team as store managers. We provide an environment where you can work in harmony with your vegetarian, environmental and healthy lifestyle values.
We are looking for experienced managers who have good people and team building skills, a successful track record, and the ability to implement change and achieve company goals. Natural foods industry or retail management experience preferred. We offer a very generous compensation package with salary, performance based bonus, 401(k) plan, company medical, relocation allowance, etc.
