A free seminar by Mark Fergusson, Down to Earth’s Chief Vegetarian Officer, on why adopting a vegetarian diet is the single most important thing you can do for the environment. Includes sampling of vegetarian yummies! Advanced registration required due to limited seating. The talk is from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm, with registration beginning at 6:45pm.
