Down to Earth will host this free four-hour seminar that explains how to improve your health by eating delicious organic and natural foods that are good for you and the environment. The program includes a presentation by Mark Fergusson, Down to Earth's Chief Vegetarian Officer, entitled "Love Life! Eat Healthy, Be Happy." Carmela Wolf, Down to Earth Wellness Manager, will discuss the nutritional benefits of a vegetarian diet. Her talk will include a discussion about foods that reduce your risk of cancer. And Saradha Johnson, our Cooking Class Instructor, will show how to prepare fast and easy vegetarian dishes. Includes free sampling!
