In my line of work I have met many people who understand the importance of what we feed our bodies, yet neglect to exercise consistently. Since so many people only think of exercise as way to change the size and shape of their body, people who are naturally thin often do very little exercise – they figure they do not need to. However, there are many benefits to moving your body on a regular basis that have nothing to do with losing inches or gaining muscle mass (at least not directly). My intention is to pass on ways to make
your life more active so you can experience the many benefits of exercise,
above and beyond losing weight. This column is not simply about ‘fitness,’
it is about total wellness inside and out. Always feel free to email
me with any questions that you may have at info@downtoearth.org Exercise… •
