Redeeming Customer Rewards Just Got Easier!

The Down to Earth Customer Loyalty Rewards Program has been modified to make it easier for customers to receive their Rewards. Customers' points are now showing on their receipts, so they can easily see how many points they have accumulate. Cashiers will provide customers with the option to redeem their rewards immediately upon reaching the threshold for Rewards, or reserve them for future use.

As usual, customers earn one point for every dollar they spend with us (before tax). Every 300 points can be redeemed for $5 towards purchases from any Down to Earth store. Points do not expire. When a customer accumulates 300 points or more, and makes a purchase of $5 or more, a message will automatically show at the top of the cash registers' touch screen saying, "Loyalty Points are Available for Redemption." Customers may then redeem all or part of their points, reserving some for future use, as they wish.

The new program offers a "green" and more efficient solution to notifying customers when they have earned a Reward, as it eliminates waste associated with notices sent by direct mail and provides customers with timely notification.
