Berry Ice Cream


Ingredients:

1 ½ C. Mixture of Raspberries, Blueberries, and strawberries
2 C. Milk or Silk Soy Milk
½ C. Maple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla

1. Run the berries through (homogenize) a Champion Juicer.
2. Combine homogenized berries with all other ingredients
3. Pour mixture into a tray and freeze until solid.
4. Cut the frozen mixture into strips to fit the feeding chamber of the Champion Juicer.
5. Homogenize the frozen strips.

Serve immediately. Makes about 1 quart.
