CAROB CHIP COOKIES

Ingredients:

1 ½ C. flour
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 C. packed raw sugar
½ C. fructose
1 C. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. egg replacer + 4 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. vanilla
2 C. carob chips

 

1. Cream butter with the sugars.

2. Add all other ingredients, adding the chips last.

3. Bake at 300 degrees for 18-22 minutes.
