CASHEW CREAM
This recipe is adapted from “Baking with Stevia.” Serve this as a
topping for fresh fruit, cakes, and puddings. Use your imagination!


Ingredients:

¾ C. raw cashews
½ C. water
1 Tbsp. oil
¼ tsp. stevia extract
1 tsp. maple syrup or honey

 

1. Grind the cashews in part of the water.

2. Add the rest of the water, the oil, stevia and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add a little more water if a thinner cream is desired.
