LEMON ICING

Ingredients:

¾ C. sifted icing sugar
½ tsp. grated lemon rind
1 ½ tsp. lemon juice

 

1. In a small bowl, combine the ingredients and mix until smooth.

2. Spread on cooled gingerbread, or drizzle on cookies or other dessert breads.
