MANGO PINEAPPLE FROZEN YOGURT
This dessert can be made with any frozen fruit. Have fun,
mix and match! For a vegan option, leave the yogurt out,
and instead of honey use 1-2 Tbsp. maple syrup.


Ingredients:

Red mango, peeled, cut and frozen
¼ Pineapple, peeled, cut and frozen
½ C. Plain yogurt
2 Tbsp. Honey

 

1. Place frozen fruit, a little at a time, in blender with other ingredients and pulse. You may not need all the fruit, depending on desired consistency.
