ONO YUMMY BALLS
This recipe is from our March 3, 2003 “Keiki in the Kitchen”
cooking class at Down to Earth.
5 Tbsp. honey or rice syrup
¾ C. peanut butter
1 ½ C. protein powder or non-fat, non-instant dried milk
½ tsp. vanilla
1/3 C. sweetened carob chips
1. Mix all the ingredients well. Form into 1-inch balls and chill.
