TOASTED NUT RAISIN PARTY MIX

½ C. almonds
1 C. sunflower seeds
1 C. pumpkin seeds
¼ C. sesame seeds
1-2 Tbsp. Braggs liquid aminos, or other soy sauce
1 C. raisins
1 ½ C. coconut ribbons

1. Toast almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds on medium heat in a dry skillet, stirring constantly until golden brown and pumpkin seeds pop up.
2. Add sesame seeds and coconut and stir for about 1 minute until lightly toasted.
3. Turn off heat. Pour nuts and seeds into a serving bowl.
4. Add Braggs and stir well.
5. Add raisins, stir and serve.

Yield: approx. 5 cups
