Raw Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ⅛ cup cocoa powder
  • ⅛ cup raw agave nectar + more if needed
  • 3 teaspoons almond milk + more if needed

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Taste mixture and add more agave nectar if desired. Add more almond milk 1 teaspoon at a time if you want a thinner pudding.
  2. Serve immediately or chill for a few hours. Top with fresh berries for a delicious dessert! Enjoy!

Yields 1 – 1½ cup
