Rocky Road Bars

Ingredients

    Crust
  • 1 stick butter or vegan substitute
  • 8-10 graham crackers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (10-ounce) package vegetarian marshmallows
  • 1 cup granola
  • ¼ cup coconut flakes
  • 1 (12-ounce) package chocolate chips
  • 1 cup toasted almond pieces
  • 1 (8-ounce) can condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Melt butter in a small sauce pan.
  3. In a food processor, grind graham crackers to the consistency of coarse meal. Add melted butter and vanilla.
  4. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9"x 13" baking dish.
  5. Evenly spread marshmallows over crust.
  6. Layer granola evenly.
  7. Add coconut and chocolate chips evenly.
  8. Top with toasted almonds.
  9. Pour condensed milk over the entire dessert.
  10. Bake uncovered in oven for 30 minutes.
  11. Let cool, cut into squares and chill. Enjoy!
