Tropical Jell-O Delight

Ingredients

  • 1 quart mango nectar
  • 3 Tbsp. agar-agar flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • 4 kiwi’s, peeled and sliced
  • Handful of strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine juice, agar-agar and salt on medium heat and stir to dissolve.
  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for a few more minutes.
  3. In a cake pan place kiwi and strawberries on the bottom. Pour hot juice mixture over all the fruit.
  4. Chill for about 45 minutes or until jelled.
  5. Garnish with a dollop of whip cream and enjoy!
