VEGGIE NUT PATE
1 C. cashews
1 C. almonds
½ C. onions
¾ C. organic carrots
¼ C. Braggs liquid aminos
½ tsp. asafetida
2 Tbsp. sesame tahini
1. Soak the nuts in enough water to cover in the refrigerator overnight.
Rinse nuts thoroughly and drain.
2. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process
until smooth.
3. Chill for one hour and serve as a vegetable dip with a nice assortment
of sliced organic veggies.
