Veggie Nut Pate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews
  • 1 cup almonds
  • ½ cup onions
  • ¾ cup organic carrots
  • ¼ cup Braggs liquid aminos
  • ½ tsp. asafetida* (powdered spice replacing garlic & onion pwd.)
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame tahini (sesame butter)

Instructions

  1. Soak the nuts in enough water to cover in the refrigerator overnight. Rinse nuts thoroughly and drain.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  3. Chill for one hour and serve as a vegetable dip with a nice assortment of sliced organic veggies.
