Lemon Oil Dressing

This recipe is from Ann Wigmore’s “Recipes for Longer Life.” Recipe presented by Leilani Stewart.

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • ½ coconut oil, or any unprocessed organic oil
  • ¼ tsp. dulse or kelp
  • Tbsp. honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredeints and mix with Complete Meal Salad (see recipe in Salad section).
