Lilikoi Syrup

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup fresh lilikoi juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

Instructions

In a small saucepan combine lilikoi, lemon and sugar. Mix cornstarch in water and add to saucepan. Cook on low heat until mixture becomes clear and starts to thicken slightly. Cool and serve on top of individual slices of cheesecake.
