Sesame Tahini Dressing

This recipe is a very good source of calcium. It's a great dip for veggies or crackers, or as a dressing for salads or pasta.

Yield: 
2 cups
Ingredients: 
  • 1 cup water
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce or miso
  • 2 Tablespoons honey, sugar or maple syrup
  • ½ cup sesame tahini, raw or roasted
  • 1 Tablespoon dried basil or 2 Tablespoons fresh
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
Instructions: 
  1. Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
