Marinade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 C. Ketchup
  • 1 C. Soy sauce
  • 1 C. Pineapple juice
  • ½ C. BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Black pepper
  • 1 C. Brown or turbinado sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients together and use to marinade seitan or tofu.
