CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH

This relish is delicious served warm or chilled


Ingredients:

1 med. orange
12oz. fresh cranberries
¾ C. fructose or raw cane sugar
1 cinnamon stick

 

1. Cut orange into wedges and remove seeds.
2. Pour half the cranberries and orange in a food processor. Cover and blend until chopped.
3. Cook the cranberries, orange, sugar and cinnamon stick on medium heat in a large saucepan for 8 minutes, or until thoroughly heated through.
