Ingredients:
2 C. basmati rice or long grain brown rice
4 C. filtered water
½ tsp. sea salt
3 Tbsp. butter
1 C. onion, diced
½ C. celery, diced
1 tsp. sage powder
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder or granules
1 tsp. Spike seasoning salt
½ C. walnuts, chopped
½ C. raisins

| 1. Rinse rice
well and add water and salt. Bring to a boil, cover and turn to low
heat, simmering for 20 minutes. Turn off heat; leave covered.
2. Sauté the remaining ingredients.
3. Add the sautéed ingredients to the rice and mix well. Cover
until ready to serve.
Yield: 8 servings
