HOLIDAY STUFFING


Ingredients:

2-3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
¼ tsp. asafetida and ½ C. celery, diced
OR ½ C. onoin, diced

½. C. tomatoes, blended
1 tsp. ground sage
½ tsp. thyme
½ tsp. Spike
½ C. black olives, chopped
2 Tbsp. arrowroot mixed in ¼ C. water

Melted butter or margarine for basting

 

1. Combine first 3 ingredients and cook for about 5 minutes.

2. Add next 2 ingredients and stir constantly until thickened.

3. Combine last set of ingredients together, then add the bread crumb mixture.

4. Place in an oiled loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting the top every 15 minutes with butter or margarine.

Yield: 6 servings
