Best Burrito

The name says it all!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Whole wheat or spinach tortillas
  • 1 can black refried beans
  • 1 can sliced green chilies
  • 1 C. TVP (textured vegetable protein)
  • 1 C. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Taco seasoning
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 3-4 leaves lettuce, chopped
  • 1 ripe tomato, diced
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat water in frying pan and add taco seasoning, green chilies and TVP. Let cook 7-10 minutes until soft, then add the refried beans. Stir it all together.
  2. Warm the tortilla by placing it over the warm bean mixture. Roll it up with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
