Mango Coconut Oatmeal

This might be your new everyday breakfast! Try other fruit combinations too- everything goes well with coconut!

Ingredients

  • 1 slice dried mango, chopped
  • ½ cup rolled oats (not quick)
  • 2 teaspoons shredded coconut
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 2-4 Tablespoons coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Chop or cut the mango into small pieces.
  2. Add the oats, mango, and shredded coconut to a small saucepan and cover with just boiled water. Let stand for five minutes.
  3. Turn on heat to low, and stir in the honey and coconut milk. Cook until warm, adding more coconut milk or water to thin. Serve warm. Enjoy!
