VEAT BITE SAUTE
My gosh, this stuff is good!

3 Tbsp. oil or butter
1 Med. onion, diced
1 Box Veat Bites, cut smaller (thaw if you have time, if not, no worries)
1 Zucchini, sliced
1 Carrot, peeled & sliced
1 Stalk celery, sliced
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. maple syrup

1 Head broccoli, cut in flowerettes
1 Cup water

1. Sauté the first eight ingredients for 5 minutes.
2. Add broccoli & water and cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Serve over Basmati or long grain brown rice. Basil or cilantro is a nice garnish.
