WILDFOREST MUSHROOM COUSCOUS & MORE
This recipe can be used with any one of the healthy quick & easy boxed meals
at Down to Earth.

1 box meal
2 Tbsp. olive oil or butter
1 Tsp. ginger paste
½ Yellow onion, diced
½ Cup shitake mushrooms (4) washed & diced
½ Cup butter mushrooms (6), washed & diced
1 Carrot, peeled & thinly sliced
1 Tbsp. Braggs Liquid Aminos
6 Basil leaves, chopped

1. Cook box mix according to the directions on the box.
2. Saute in oil or butter the ginger, onion, mushrooms, and carrot.
Turn off heat and add Braggs and basil.
3. Mix in the couscous and serve.
4. A nice green salad accompaniment will make a yummy meal.
