ROYAL ORANGE THAI DRESSING
This recipe is from “A Celebration of Wellness.” This is
a zesty sauce, good on strongly flavored salads, like Thai Broccoli
salad (see Salad section for recipe). You can make this without oil
for a good non-fat dressing, but the sesame oil gives it a nice flavor.
5 Tbsp. fresh squeezed orange juice
1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. “lite” soy sauce
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
¼ C. rice vinegar
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend well. Refrigerate.
Yield: ¾ cup
