SESAME TAHINI DRESSING
This recipe is a very good source of calcium. It’s a great dip
for veggies or crackers, or as a dressing for salads or pasta.
1 C. water
1 lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp. soy sauce or miso
2 Tbsp. honey, sugar or maple syrup
½ C. sesame tahini, raw or roasted
1 Tbsp. dried basil or 2 Tbsp. fresh
2 tsp. dried dill
1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
Yield: 2 cups
