YANA’S GARDEN HERB DRESSING
¼ C. flax oil
¼ C. olive oil
¼ C. rice vinegar, apple cider, balsamic or red wine vinegar
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. fresh basil, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh oregano, minced
4 cloves garlic, minced, or 2 tsp. garlic powder
1 ½ tsp. Spike seasoning
¼ C. water
Dash of black pepper
1. Blend all ingredients together and pour into dressing container.
Chill and serve over fresh organic greens.
2. If using dried herbs, use approximately 1 - 1 ½ tsp.
