Eggless Egg Salad

This dish can be used as a dip for veggies, a spread for crackers, or a filling for sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu
  • 2 tsp. turmeric
  • ½ tsp. Spike seasoning salt
  • 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
  • 3 Tbsp. Vegenaise
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Blend the first 5 ingredients in a bowl. You can just mash it all together.
  2. Add the diced celery and pickle relish to the mashed tofu mixture. Mix well and chill for one hour, so the flavors have a chance to mix.
