COMPLETE MEAL SALAD FOR TWO
This recipe is from Ann Wigmore’s “Recipes for a Longer

1 C. mung sprouts
1 C. alfalfa sprouts
1 C. summer squash, grated
1 C. mixed greens (buckwheat lettuce, sunflower greens, beet greens,
spinach, romaine lettuce, or any dark green)
1 half avocado, sliced
¼ cucumber, sliced
4 slices tomato
4 slices red pepper
2 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
2 Tbsp. coconut oil (or any unprocessed oil)
1 tsp. kelp
1. Mix together all ingredients and serve. Enjoy!
