EGGLESS EGG SALAD
This is delicious, easy and cholesterol-free. It can be used as a dip for veggies, a spread for crackers, or a filling for sandwiches. My family really likes it on toasted Food for Life Sprouted Grain breads. These breads are very easily digested due to being sprouted. They can be found in the frozen food sections or in the chill refrigeration departments.

1 block firm tofu
2 tsp. turmeric
½ tsp. Spike seasoning salt
2 tsp. mock chicken broth powder, sold in bulk at DTE
½ tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast flakes, sold in bulk at DTE
3 Tbsp. Veganaise
2 stalks celery, diced
2 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish

1. Blend the first 6 ingredients in a bowl. You can just mash it all together.
2. Add the diced celery and pickle relish to the mashed tofu mixture. Mix well and chill for one hour, so the flavors have a chance to mix.
