Greek Salad

3 Tbsp. olive oil
2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
¾ tsp. dried oregano
3 tomatoes-cut into wedges
½ red onion – thinly sliced into rings
2 cucumbers – sliced into half-moons
1 red bell pepper – julienne
1 romaine heart chopped
½ cup cubed feta
15 Kalamata olives

 


1. Combine olive oil, vinegar and oregano in a small bowl and  whisk.

2. Place the salad ingredients in a large bowl.

3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
