Vegan Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 2 romaine hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup Vegenaise
  • 1½ tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1½ tsp. olive oil
  • ¾ tsp. vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • store-bought or homemade croutons

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop lettuce.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend together Vegenaise, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add salt and pepper and mix well.
  4. Pour over romaine and top with croutons. Sprinkle with a little nutritional yeast and serve!
