Wash and cut butternut squash in half. Place on a baking tray and cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Test with a form to be sure it's done.
With a medium size scoop spoon, scoop the squash and place it around the base of the Tofu Loaf (see Main Course section for recipe).
Spray the little scoops with flax oil and Braggs, then garnish with parsley.
