Couscous

This recipe is from "Fat-free and Easy," by Jennifer Raymond.

Ingredients

  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ C. water
  • 1 C. couscous

Instructions

  1. Bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil, then stir in the salt and couscous.
  2. Remove from the heat and cover. Let stand 10-15 minutes, then fluff with a fork and serve.

Yields 3 cups
