Hash Browns

Ingredients

  • 1 Russet potato
  • ¼ cup onion, finely diced
  • 2 tsp. Bragg Organic Sprinkle
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and grate potato. Remove all excess water.
  2. Place grated potato in a bowl and add onion, Bragg Organic Sprinkle and salt.
  3. Toss gently.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a fry pan to medium heat. Add oil and sprinkle potato mixture in pan and gently form a thin pattie.
  5. Cook until golden, about 10 minutes, then flip and brown on other side.
  6. Serve plain or with your choice of ketchup, salsa, hot sauce, meatless “bacon bits”, or grated cheese.
