Maple Baked Squash

Ingredients

  • 8 cups butternut squash, cut into 1-inch wedges
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine maple syrup, olive oil, rosemary and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add squash and toss well until each piece is thoroughly coated.
  4. Transfer mixture to a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Turn each piece over and bake for another 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
  5. Enjoy!
