COUSCOUS
This recipe is from “Fat-free and Easy,” by Jennifer Raymond.
½ tsp. salt
1 ½ C. water
1 C. couscous
1. Bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil, then stir in the salt
and couscous.
2. Remove from the heat and cover. Let stand 10-15 minutes, then fluff
with a fork and serve.
Yield: 3 cups
