ROSEMARY YAMS
This recipe is so simple and so delicious!
2 yams, scrubbed and sliced ¼” thick
Olive oil
Rosemary
Salt to taste
1. Brush the yam slices with olive oil.
2. Place on a non-stick baking sheet and sprinkle with rosemary and
a light sprinkle of salt.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. That’s all
there is to it.
