Sautéed Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1½ Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • ⅓ cup sliced green onion
  • 8 cups chopped bok choy

Instructions

  1. Place olive oil, soy sauce and green onion in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté for 1 minute.
  2. Add bok choy and sauté until dark green and tender.
  3. Enjoy!
