Sweet Potato Oven Fries

Ingredients

  • 4 sweet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • Olive oil, enough to lightly coat each wedge
  • ⅓-½ cup nutritional yeast
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°.
  2. Place sweet potato wedges in a large bowl. Pour olive oil over potatoes and mix until each piece is coated.
  3. Place on an oiled cookie sheet and bake until tender, approximately 40-50 minutes.
  4. About 5 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt and pepper. Enjoy!
