Join vegan chef Lillian Cumic as she demonstrates how to make plant-based versions of popular breakfast and lunch recipes to make a four-course vegan brunch. The combination of sweet and savory dishes of our favorite comfort foods take brunch to a whole new level!

- Mushroom, kale & sun-dried tomato scrambled tofu
- Cheesy potato scallop stack
- Spinach & baked beans with a Jpaanese twist
- Pancakes with blueberry compote
Lillian Cumic is from Sydney, Australia and spent 30 years in Japan working as a vegan chef, instructor and lifestyle coach.

In the event of cancellation (2 days before event) everyone who signed up will be notified by email and phone. Walk-ins are welcome, however it's a good idea to call us to make sure event is still on.
