$5 per person. Limited to the first 15 registrants. No walk-ins please. Bring a yoga mat, towel and water. Please dress comfortably.

Join the ZentaiStrong tribe! Take part in a 45-minute “Non-traditional Traditional” approach to improving strength, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning--no dumbbells, barbells, or outside equipment needed! All you need is to bring a yoga mat and smile as we explore how you can use your own bodyweight to get healthier and stronger.

Lauren Takao is a CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), Sport Yoga Instructor, CHEK Institute Holistic Health Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1 certified, USAW Masters National weightlifter, AAU Powerlifting record holder, and owner of Zentai Health and Wellness.
