Join the ZentaiStrong tribe! Take part in a 45-minute “Non-traditional Traditional” approach to improving strength, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning--no dumbbells, barbells, or outside equipment needed! All you need is to bring a yoga mat and smile as we explore how you can use your own bodyweight to get healthier and stronger.
