Join us to learn to ‘Plantify’ your diet and fuel it for optimum performance and quicker recovery. When you're eating the "right stuff," your body will function more efficiently, and excess weight will drop off. We'll demonstrate and sample three quick, easy recipes during our 90 minute class. Healthy eating doesn’t have to be complicated or take a lot of time! This class is ideal for adults/teens who have struggled with weight issues, anyone with diabetes or pre-diabetes, cancer survivors, and everyone wanting the basics of what a healthy dietary lifestyle really looks like.

With a background in Nursing and 14 years presenting cooking demonstrations, Carri now shares her passion for preventing illness through plant based nutrition as a Certified Food For Life Instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
