Jordan Casarez has been a Personal Trainer/Performance Coach since 2010. He started at 24 Hour Fitness and is currently working at UFC Gym. He specializes in strength and conditioning training, mobility and pain relief therapy, IASTM, sports stretching, and weight loss.
Jordan will be focusing on how you can utilize proper nutrition to help you create and maintain a healthier lifestyle. By having proper knowledge and information on the basics of proper nutrition habits, you'll be able to fine-tune your daily eating habits to create momentum towards your fitness and health goals.
