Please join us for a fabulous culinary night with Fortuna Arai. She'll be sharing simple healthy and delicious recipes that are perfect for all your Summer parties! 

Fortuna has been a personal chef in Honolulu since 1995. She has worked at a Vegetarian Health Spa in Mexico and a 

Raw Foods Retreat Center in Texas. She has also taught cooking classes at Kapiolani Community College Continuing Education Progam.

All students will taste samples of all the recipes taught.
