This delicious salsa is a spin on the traditional salsa fresca. It is completely raw and can be enjoyed with some raw flax crackers for a perfect accompaniment.

- 2 medium mangoes, chopped
- 3 Tablespoons finely chopped red onion
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup finely chopped red pepper
- ½ jalapeño, deseeded and finely chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine and mix together all ingredients. Serve immediately or chill and enjoy!
